No report. Jack C. deposited $150 donation from Gary’s Bar. Bremer’s Bank requests that a form be filled out. Dave K via a phone conversation agreed to pick up form at Raboin’s office and turn into the bank.
New Business:
USCA Dues – Recently it was brought to our attention that we have not paid our dues which is approx. 1436 dollars.
County Fair Booth – Caren passed around a flyer for approval. Flyer designed to be used for several events. Cost is $150. Staffing the booth sign up sheet was passed around. There was discussion whether we should have a raffle. Two points of concerns. First is we can find a Wii machine to purchase as the prize and second persons under the age of 18 cannot not legally purchase a raffle ticket nor win the prize. We will be responsible for carding people. The cost of each raffle ticket was set at $5.00 each.
Raffle rules must be posted. Jan will print up this sign. Mike Hoff will purchase the Wii machine. The tickets will be the movie style tickets.
Old Business:
