Need more volunteers to work.  Cub Foods require 5 workers at all times. Mike Hoff will send an e-mail to all members requesting more volunteers to fill in the time schedule.

League Schedule:

12 weeks – 10 league nights and 2 Bonspiels

This year season will start mid November.

Andy will contact Wilmar’s curling club to help paint the ice.  It was felt that we should train members in our own club as to how to paint the ice so we did not continually ask for their help. Andy will send an e-mail out requesting volunteers to learn how to paint the ice.

Building Committee: Mike Deiss

Mike reported that they were addressing several areas. A presentation is being prepared to present to various companies and organizations. It will include pictures, plans, building costs, profit and loss statement, and will address the increased financial impact on area businesses.

Website:

It was brought to our attention that the website did not have information on the Open House. Dave Lekatz needs to be contacted so we know how he would like this info brought to his attention so he can keep it current. President info, telephone numbers need to be updated and pictures of last year’s bonspiel or open houses would be a great addition to the web site.

Minutes respectfully submitted by Janet Axtell
